Assessment & Planning
- Conduct an electrical capacity study to determine available power and required energy management systems- Assess parking layout for optimal infrastructure/charger placement and user accessibility

Electrical Installations
- Install a support system on the ceiling of the parking garage to accommodate all the conduit and wiring going from the electrical room to the individual parking spots
- Install electric vehicle energy management systems (EVEMS) to protect owners from overloads in their condo units and to protect the electrical entrance of the building
- Run necessary conduit and wiring from the electrical room to designated parking spots
- Install 10x Level 2 EV chargers with smart charging capabilities

Testing & Commissioning
- Perform system testing to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance
- Provide training and documentation for condo management and residents
